Refunds for digital products, including online courses, are available within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@ebassguitar.com with your order details.
2. Books (Physical Products):
If you need to return a physical book, please reach out to our support team at support@ebassguitar.com to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Return Instructions for Books (Physical Products)
• Contact us at support@ebassguitar.com to request a return authorization and instructions.
• The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:
  • Gift cards.
  • Shipping Fees
  • Any item not requested for return or refund within the 30-day refund period.
