At eBassGuitar, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience. Our physical products, including books, are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted partner, Lulu.

Order Processing and Fulfillment
• Orders are processed and fulfilled by Lulu. Once your order is confirmed, it will be printed and shipped directly to you.
• Fulfillment times may vary depending on demand and location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

Shipping Times
• Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

• Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days
International 7-14 business days

Lost or Delayed Shipments
• If your book has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ebassguitar.com.
• We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, which may include:
• Issuing a full refund, or
• Sending a replacement copy with expedited shipping, free of charge.

International Shipping
• We ship worldwide! However, shipping times may vary based on customs processing in your region. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
